They buy your dreams so they can sell your soul.
A fact to make you feel old:: Monsters Inc. was released 11 years ago.

The stalks of these flowers are already dried up, but their blossoms are preserved and kept fresh by the medical infusion bags. The life-span of every living creature is limited. The infusion bags stand for the progress in medicine and the prolongation of human life. They somehow carry an ambivalent message as they refer to both death and life the same time. To preserve the beauty of the flowers artifically with the help of the infusion bags points out man’s inclination to repress the fact that he has to die and to postpone death.

But i’m one of those people who does exactly what their parents want, and nothing that they disagree with. I don’t really care what my dad’s opinion of tattoos is, because I don’t care what he says about anything (except maybe exams results).

But I do care what my mum thinks. And she thinks tattoos are horrible and stupid. I disagree. I spoke to her about it a while ago and she told me never to get one because she’d disapprove, but that if my heart was set on it, it should be something discreet and meaningful.

Well the discreet part is really easy, but the meaningful is lot harder. I really like the idea of having one on my foot or ankle, but had no idea what. Then it came to me tonight…a triangle. You’re probably thinking why the fuck is a triangle meaningful?? Well to me it signifies one of my favourite places on earth, Egypt (a pyramid). It also represents 3 best friends (Mum, Chris, Emma - sorry girlies, there’s only 3 points on a triangle). And lastly is represents my favourite number, 3.

So there you go, with a little help from Amy, this is what I what tattooed on my ankle. I know its not very big, but I don’t think it needs to be. It will still mean what I want it to even if its small.

What do you think???
